Investing via eligible funds is the primary route for entry into the program. Real estate is no longer a qualifying investment option. Having successfully raised and invested our first real estate fund in Portugal gives us the solidity of market knowledge, combined with crypto experience on the builder side, with internal market dynamics knowledge, we are actively raising a restricted €75M blockchain fund, Unbound, which will close for new subscriptions at mid 2025.
